- All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days when we get credit card authorization and verification.
- Package arrives within 5-10 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays).
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses take additional time.
- All packages will be sent via USPS First Class Package Service®.
Zestique offers $3.99 flat rate shipping on any orders via USPS First Class Package Service®. We also offer free standard shipping on orders of $59 USD or more for orders shipped within the US. (Shipping and taxes do not count toward the $59 USD qualification and no code required.)
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. If you have not received a confirmation email within 1-2 business days of placing your order, please send us an email to email@example.com with your order confirmation number to obtain your tracking number.
Once you submit your order, you are unable to make changes or cancel any orders once they have been placed because of expedient processing time at our warehouse. Zestique is committed to making your shopping experience happy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (Special Note: Due to current hygiene issues, we do not accept returns for the masks)
Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please be advised that we are unable to process exchanges for orders where the original payment type is PayPal. Orders with PayPal can only be returned for a refund.
Zestique charges 8.875% sales tax for orders sent to New York State.
